Person-Centred Care means giving special attention to each person’s needs and feelings when they get healthcare.
It entails recognizing each person for who they are as an individual and honoring their choices and privacy. This method emphasizes open communication, active listening, and teamwork to ensure that each individual receives the exact care they need. The goal is to treat the person as a whole, not just their medical condition, and to help them feel important and understood.
